About the operating company

Amazon-native operators. Brand-builders by trade.

We build consumer health brands designed for the way customers actually shop today — search-led, review-driven, repeat-purchase. Every discipline that compounds, we own.

VitalEdge Brands is an Amazon-native consumer health operator. We build and launch our own brands, run them hands-on, and own the disciplines that decide whether a brand compounds on Amazon: channel strategy, listing performance, brand development, product quality, and the long-term customer relationship. Each brand carries its own positioning and customer; the operating company carries the channel expertise, the compliance discipline, and the operating standard that keeps every SKU performing.

Three things we focus on

The disciplines that compound.

Three operating habits, run with the same standard across every brand we build.

Channel performance on Amazon I

Channel that compounds

Search-led keyword strategy. Listings tuned to how customers actually decide. Sponsored ads run for unit economics, not vanity ACOS. Inventory planning that doesn't drift out of stock.

Quality, documented II

Quality, documented

Third-party COA on every batch — identity, potency, microbial, heavy metals. Batch records and lot traceability on file for every SKU. Baseline, not premium tier.

Customer service worth coming back to III

Service worth returning to

Answer questions. Honor returns. Read every review. Each complaint is free product-development feedback; each compliment is a debt to keep paying.

§ How we build

Channel that compounds.

Sustainable growth on Amazon is the output of three things done well at the same time — showing up for the right searches, converting the visit when you do, and giving customers a reason to come back.

We build for all three from the first SKU. Keyword research and listing structure are tuned to how customers actually search the category. Formulations, packaging, and price points are designed to convert. The customer experience after purchase — emails, returns, reviews response — is built to earn repeat purchases and unprompted recommendations. Volume is the downstream effect, not the upstream goal.

Quality, documented.

Third-party Certificates of Analysis are a baseline requirement, not a premium tier.

We require identity, potency, microbial, and heavy-metals testing as standard on every batch we ship. Batch records, lot traceability, and supplier qualification files live on file for every SKU. When a result is out of spec, the product does not move. This is the part of operating a CPG brand that doesn't appear in marketing but determines whether the business is still standing in three years.

Customer service worth coming back to.

Repeat customers and word-of-mouth are the real moat in consumer health — and the only honest way to earn them is to deserve them.

Our products live on Amazon, but the relationship with the customer doesn't end at the marketplace. We answer questions, run honest return policies, and follow up on real issues fast. We treat every complaint as a free product-development insight and every review — positive or critical — as something to respond to.

Ricardo Campos — founder, VitalEdge Brands

Ricardo Campos

Founder & operator

Ricardo founded VitalEdge Brands as an Amazon-native consumer health operator and has built and scaled the company's portfolio since 2023. He runs every operating discipline hands-on: Amazon brand registry and listing strategy, sponsored-ad management, product development from clinical evidence, manufacturer qualification, COA review, FDA and Prop 65 labeling compliance, and customer service. He operates as an owner-operator — fast decisions, on-time payment, and every supplier, channel partner, and customer relationship treated as long-term.

§§ How we work

VitalEdge Brands operates inside an active network of established Amazon sellers and consumer health brands.

We share creator infrastructure, fulfillment learnings, and category intelligence with experienced sellers who have built recognized brands on Amazon. We are not a first-time operator entering the marketplace — we apply that shared operational knowledge to every product we launch and every relationship we build.

What to expect from us.

  • Pay on time. Read the COA.Invoices clear on agreed terms. Every Certificate of Analysis is reviewed before product ships — discrepancies get flagged in writing, not absorbed quietly.
  • Long-term partners, not transactions.Whether you're a manufacturer, a creator, a channel partner, or a customer — once we commit, we commit. We benchmark and negotiate hard, then we stay.
  • Amazon-native, compliance-first.We know FDA labeling, Prop 65, Amazon's restricted-ingredient and claims policies, and category-specific testing requirements. Partners don't get caught in problems we should have caught.
  • Operator-grade communication.Written feedback when something is off; written credit when something works. No drift, no surprises, no escalations through other channels.
