The work, end-to-end

Amazon-native operators. Brand-builders by trade.

We build, launch, and scale consumer health brands on Amazon — and we run every operating discipline that compounds: channel strategy, listing performance, product development, quality, and the customer relationship.

T

Topical formulations

Creams, balms, and serums. U.S.-manufactured. Designed for daily-use rituals customers reorder.

S

Dietary supplements

Capsules, gummies, and tinctures. Clinical-evidence-led formulations with third-party COA per batch.

W

Women's health

Midlife, hormonal, and intimate wellness. The category our flagship brand was built in.

G

General wellness

Adjacent everyday-wellness SKUs where evidence and Amazon search intent line up.

We evaluate adjacent categories opportunistically. If you operate in a category not listed above and you believe we should know each other, the contact form is the right place to start.

The work, end-to-end

Five disciplines, operated in-house.

We own the channel and the brand. The work that compounds — and the work most operators outsource — both live here.

01 — Channel Amazon channel operations — listings, advertising, inventory

Step one — Channel

Amazon channel operations.

Brand registry, listing integrity, keyword research, A+ content, sponsored-ad management, inventory planning, FBA logistics, and review monitoring all live inside the operating company. Listings are tuned to how customers actually search the category and how they actually decide. Performance is monitored daily and adjusted weekly. Channel ops are the work — not a step we hand off.

02 — Brand Brand development — positioning, creative, and customer

Step two — Brand

Brand development.

Positioning, voice, visual identity, packaging, and the on-Amazon storefront experience. Each brand we build is designed for a specific customer in a specific category — not a generic catalog SKU. Brand is what turns the second purchase into the fifth and the fifth into a recommendation.

03 — Product Product development from clinical evidence

Step three — Product

Product development.

We start from clinical evidence and ingredient research, not from a social-media trend. Trials get read. Dose-response data gets evaluated. Formulations get benchmarked against the strongest evidence in the category. If a combination is fashionable but unsupported, we don't ship it.

04 — Quality Quality, documented — COA review every batch

Step four — Quality

Quality & compliance.

Every product we ship has a third-party Certificate of Analysis — identity, potency, microbial, heavy metals. Every label and every claim passes internal compliance review before a PO is placed: FDA structure/function, Prop 65, and Amazon's restricted-ingredient and claims policies all get checked, every time.

05 — Customer Customer service worth coming back to

Step five — Customer

Customer service.

Questions get answered. Returns get processed without friction. Reviews — positive and critical — get read and used as inputs into the next batch and the next launch. Most operators treat customer service as a cost center; we treat it as the closest, cheapest source of product-development feedback we have.

We work with channel partners, ingredient suppliers, contract manufacturers, creators, and agencies in the Amazon ecosystem. Here's the practical version of what working with VitalEdge looks like.
